Who we are

Skylite Travel Ltd (company number 10421197, registered in England and Wales, registered office Level 11, 25 Cabot Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 4QZ) is the controller of the personal information described here. Questions or requests: info@skylitetravel.com or 020 3137 8781.

What we collect

What you give us when you ask for a quote or book: your name, phone, email, travel dates, airports, travellers and anything you tell us about the trip; passport details where an airline or visa needs them; payment records (amounts, dates, references and method — we do not store card numbers); and our messages with you.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To price, book and manage your trip, take payment and support you — necessary for our contract with you or steps you asked us to take before one. To keep accounting and travel-protection records — a legal obligation. To follow up your enquiry, keep a history of our service and prevent fraud — our legitimate interests; you can object at any time. Marketing by email, SMS or WhatsApp only where you agreed, or bought or were quoted by us and were given a chance to opt out; every message lets you opt out.

Who we share it with

Airlines, hotels, consolidators, the ATOL holders we book through and visa services — only what each needs for your booking. Service providers acting for us under contract (processors), including our booking and customer-management system MinaOS and our email and payment services, provided by Skylite Group Ltd, and the hosting and communications providers they use. Authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your information.

International transfers

Some information goes to airlines, hotels and authorities in your destination country because the booking cannot be made otherwise. Where our service providers process data outside the UK we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

Bookings, payments, refunds and complaints: 6 years after the end of the financial year of your travel or case. Enquiries that did not become bookings: kept while useful for following up your enquiry, reviewed at least every 12 months and deleted when no longer needed. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a minimal record so we can honour that.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it (including marketing, at any time), ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw any consent. Email info@skylitetravel.com; we reply within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
